Retirement Recognition Program
The Governmental Affairs Society of Indiana is pleased to provide a program to acknowledge the efforts and participation of our members retiring from the governmental affairs profession. Current GASI members may nominate those who are retiring from the profession to receive recognition at our Annual Conference, including a complimentary conference registration for the event at which they are being honored, as well as a token of appreciation for their past membership in GASI.
Nominee Requirements:
1) Current GASI members have paid dues for at least the most recent two years including the year of nomination, and
2) Current GASI members are retiring from the governmental affairs profession in Indiana.
(The Board may consider exceptions to these requirements upon request)
Nomination Requirements:
1) A completed Nomination Form (below) must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the Annual Conference for Board approval, and
2) A completed affirmation reflecting that the nominee has been and is currently a GASI member and will be retiring from the profession in the current membership year.
Nominees will be notified of their nomination again once confirmed by the GASI Board of Directors.
